The challenge
Savvis Direct needed to replace legacy shared-hosting control panel workflows
with a modern, scalable customer portal. Existing tools such as cPanel were
not designed for their infrastructure, automation requirements, or enterprise
customer experience.

We designed and built a custom Drupal 7 platform that served as the primary
customer interface for server provisioning, account management, and operational
workflows.
